Well here we are... this was definitely a deep video hahah But that's okay. My little encouragement today is to understand the your role in the pursuit of a better life style. I don't want to make this about "health, wealth, and prosperity" because that is where our minds tend to go when we think a better life style... but what I am getting at is that things that always happen naturally. We need a "cause" think about the big bang theory for example... Do you believe there was nothing. and then out of nowhere because gravity expands, BOOM. Now you are here watching us on YT while on this floating rock. No. No one would ever naturally come to that conclusion because results require action. So as you work through whatever you are going through, be an active participant not passive. Don't ride in the passenger seat and allow this car to crash. Grab the wheel, pull over and fix the tire, or get more gas, or take it to a mechanic ALL WORTHY metaphors might I add hahah. Anyways, to drive the point home, you have to actively take care of your car in order for it to be maintained and run well. The same is with our mental health. ACTIVELY MAINTAIN IT.
