Super happy to have a wife that holds up the team when I’m feeling down and out…hope you like the encouragement from this video and all that wife talk. It is super eye opening for me because I feel like guys and girls think so differently and it was so good for me to actually just listen to her share from her POV. I learned a ton. Hope you did too!

As far as encouragement goes! Just want to encourage you to blow it away… if you’re experiencing overwhelming feelings and anxious thoughts you don’t have to hold onto them! You can let them go. Or as tori and do it… we blow them away from us similar to shooing a fly away or blowing a hair out of your face. Let it go and move on. Because the more you carry heavy things the heavier you will feel but Christ said, take upon my yoke because it is easy and my burden is light! So why are we actively and knowingly holding onto things that are hard to carry and burden us heavily? GIVE IT TO GOD!
