First one are the cabinets and then the countertops and then

We did the cabinets first. My mom took out

After we installed the cabinets, we polished them with sandpaper.

I think that's the harder part because at first the cabinets were brown originally from the pictures.

And it was a bit dated so we had to sand them.

And since we were going to be doing it ourselves, we wanted to make sure it is first, of course, budget-friendly

and second, it is something that we can actually do. The second part was sanding

and it was challenging and it's really time-consuming because you have to sand each part.

What we decided to do was buy a machine that can do every area

and you only have to do circular motions. It really helped. We finished within 30 minutes

the rest of the cabinets so there. That's the hard part for us, sanding.

But after that, everything went smoothly. So next, after sanding was
