This house is basically two houses in one building. There is a small portion meant for the parents of the client in the ground floor, which is a self contained single bedroom unit. The second main house which spans two floors occupies the first floor and the second floor. Both houses are interconnected by the internal staircase which is also called the second staircase.

There are two kitchens.  one in the ground floor serving an independent unit meant for the parents of the client. There is another big kitchen on the first floor which is the main kitchen and serves the main house on the first floor and the second floor.

The feeling of luxury is achieved through proper usage of high-quality at the same time cost effective materials like natural polished granite, antique finished granite and large format digital vitrified tiles.

The large format Digital vitrified tiles used throughout the house simulate the effect of Italian marble Diana which is very popular. At the same time, it achieves cost effectiveness, and is easy to maintain in the long run. Beautiful natural Veneer finishes in red cedar wood used throughout, Not only in the wardrobes and the doors, also in the false ceilings of the house to give it an ultra luxury feel.

Red and Brown based earthen colour scheme along with beige and gold accents has been used as colour scheme which permeates into every part of the house continuously and harmoniously.

The living room in the first floor is sunk in by 2 feet, thus giving it 13 to 14 feet height. This gives it an automatic spacious feel as you enter into it from the wooden Pergola covered veranda which is accessed by the front staircase.
This technique of the sunken living room also makes it easier for a person to access the first floor using the front staircase without climbing much.

Even though the space is very limited, we have managed to introduce a beautiful courtyard adjoining the dining room and directly visible as you enter into the house through the main door.

The courtyard is finished with easy to maintain artificial plants and natural Slate stones on the wall, and basically kept as a dry courtyard which makes it very easy to maintain in the long run as the clients are NRIs who don’t live the house continuously.

There is even a lift which connects all three floors and also the terrace floor of the house.

The important bedrooms have a very spacious walking dressing room with a minimum of 16 feet length of wardrobe. The toilets are also very spacious and one of the toilets even has a comfortable jacuzzi.
