time. I will tell you 5 effective remedies to remove kidney stones.

So, the first thing you should do is to drink right amount of water

and keep your body hydrated enough. When passing a stone, upper your

water intake can helps beat up the process. You can drink upto 12 glasses of water

per day instead of the usual 8 only if you are not a kidney disease patient

or hypertension. Dehydration is one of the major

reasons for kidney stones and drinking a good amount of water can reduce the possibility

of their formation. Moreover, we advice you to pay attention to the color of

youtr urine. It should be light pale yellow only. Dark yellow urine is the sign of

dehydration. Most of you may think that how water can be a remedy but

it is a remedy. You do not need to drink this amount of water otherwise

unnecesarily. You should drink 6 glasses of water to stay hydrated

Next is lemon juice. you can add freshly squeezed lemon into

your water to dissolve your stones. Lemon contains citric acids

that is a chemical preventing the stones from forming. Citrate can

dissolve small stones allowing them to pass more easily along with the urine

Lemon juice has numerous health benefits too. Next is

basil juice, it is also an effective remedy as it contains acidic

acid which helps to breakdown the kidney stone and reduce the pain

It is a remedy that has been used traditionally for digestive and inflamatory disorders

There are antioxidants and anti-inflamatory agents in basil juice

and it may help maintain kidney health and breakdown of such stones. It may remove your kidney

stones within a week. Another effective solution is celery juice

Celery juice is quite beneficial to clear away toxins that can contribute to

the stone formation. It has been long used in traditional medication

in various health problems, including kidney stone formation.

It easily flushes the stone along with the urine. And now the last

but not the least, Apple cider vinegar. It is also considered as one of the best
