Omar Elshinawy marketing researcher and scholar proved that the origins of Marketing sciences had started more than 1500 years ago in the Arab region, and how Arabs used poetry to apply personal branding, advertise their products and use the modern concepts of marketing in their life. He Graduated as a valedictorian in the Arab Academy of Science & Maritime for his Marketing & International Business Bachelor, He’s presently resuming his masters of business, with a major in marketing, at Oulu University in Finland. Being an active soul by his nature, and one who takes on challenges with open arms, He is also working as a marketing project manager in one of the leading software companies in Finland. He was former teaching assistant in the Arab Academy for Science and Maritime, working for two-years in the marketing and international business departments. Throughout this educational journey, He has taught entrepreneurship and marketing courses in Santa Dominics International School in Lisbon, Portugal. Omar has also been part of a cross-cultural team managing a marketing project in Brazil. Alongside his undergraduate student life, He has been handling family business with Chinese partners for over 5 years.
