Today, we talked a lot about character education.

I talk about achieving a goal. And by that I take the crown off at the very beginning...

...because that was my dream.

That was my goal at one point.

And the three steps it takes to get there are, respect, doing well in school and perseverance.

And I tell stories throughout that and I use baseballs to juggle all of that together.

Because we are always juggling life.

It's not always easy, but if you can keep those things prioritized then you can reach any goal you want.

And then as a bonus, we got to read a little at the end.

There's nothing more rewarding than seeing a child smile and cling on to that book.

Because it's such a treasure.
