- On the laptop, open Google Docs. Select Tools, then Voice Typing.
- On the smartphone, play the video from YouTube.
- On Google Docs, click on the microphone icon to start transcribing.
- Correct any transcription errors.
- Split the transcription into separate lines.
- Copy the edited transcription.
- Go to the YouTube Video Subtitle edit page.
- Click on Add to add new subtitles.
- Select Transcribe and Auto-sync.
- Paste the copied text into the box and hit Set Timings.
