Subscribe to our channel! rupt.ly/subscribe Russian President Vladimir Putin showed off his language skills when he was forced to switch to German after being repeatedly interrupted by Armin Wolf, a news presenter at the Austrian public broadcaster ORF, during an interview in Moscow on Monday, on the eve before his working visit to Austria. "One second, let me finish, don’t rush me otherwise you won’t have an interview but a one-sided monologue. Can I finish what I’m saying?" the Russian President said after being interrupted, before seamlessly switching to German, saying: "Please be so good as to let me say something." In the wide-ranging interview, Putin was repeatedly challenged on topics such as Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, which was shot down over eastern Ukraine, and the future sovereignty of Crimea. Wolf is regarded as 'one of Europe's most skilled (and feared) political journalists' by Politico magazine.
