he picked up, it got the value after you're in the position of losing that

if you want another example, we may have one product for many days in amazon cart

we will never buy that and if amazon alerted us that that product has only one stock left

then we'll tend to buy that, why because when we thought we'll loose that

so it has more value, so this is the scarcity principle

emotional connection, attraction, friendship these three

will be put one stakes of losing after your friend have fight with you, so

he is returning after some days, we'll take another example

you're meeting a normal friend after two years

now you're fighting with him, will he return?, no

because meeting him after two years will ahve no emotional connection

attraction or friendship with him, if you fight with him now

even after some days he has no stakes of losing those things

so he has no value for them with you

then he will never return for you, same goes for your Ex

before applying No contact rule, ensure that she has emotional attraction, love feelings and connection

how to know these, you must had break-up recently

or you need to have conversation with her even after the break-up

if you are like these, then she will have those attraction, emotional connection and love things for you
