UPDATE: I don't suggest putting "Multiple Locations" anymore. What you want to do now is put your home address. Then use Trackerbot to convert all your tracking numbers to BlueCare Express tracking numbers, and upload the BlueCare Express tracking numbers to eBay instead (because BlueCare doesn't show where the item was shipped from). Basically, using BlueCare tracking numbers lets buyers see shipping updates, without telling eBay where the item is coming from. Since they can't confirm the location that the item is shipping from, you can't get in trouble for "Item Location". Here is my video on setting up Trackerbot. Your reach may decrease, but at least you won't be violating eBay's Item Location Policy.
