This mouthwatering dessert is delicious, rich, smooth and creamy . I think everybody is crazy with this cake. The original cheesecake has eggs but for some people who doesn't have an oven, it is impossible to make the cheesecake. So the No bake cheesecake was born using a gelatin to make the it stable.
But in this video I will show you how to cook no bake cheesecake without using a gelatin and an oven.
 
Crust:
200g crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)
1/2 cup melted butter/margarine

Filling:
452g cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar(less if preferred)
4 eggs
1 cup all purpose cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 cup all purpose flour

Topping of your choice:
Blueberry
Strawberry
Mango
Nutella
Oreo
