In this video, I go over some research dealing with smartphones that are made and owned in China/by Chinese businesses. There's a difference between manufacturing in China and Chinese owned smartphone companies. Apple is made in China but is not Chinese owned which means the Chinese government does not have access to all the data on Apple's devices outside of China. There are a lot of issues with China having access to your phone with a lot of information being at the will of the Chinese government. There have been "hacks" that are essentially the Chinese government coming in a taking the data. They can also start and end businesses at will which makes dealing with China very risky. Take a watch and a look to determine if you should be buying one. Furthermore, I'm pretty sure I'll be blacklisted from going to China ever from this video :/ but it doesn't matter to me.
