Mr. John Behner has been a Devotee of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba for many years.

A retired businessman who was originally from Southern California, John Behner has been living in El Salvador for the past 44 years. John and his wife of 50 years, Rosita, work incessantly for Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and the Sai Organization.

John and Rosita first visited Swami in 1979, and have gone back every year since then. John has worked in the Sai Organization for about 30 years, and from 1995, he was a Zone Chairman for Latin America, and more recently Zone Chairman for Central America and part of the Caribbean, which is known as zone 2A. John has also has been the President of the Sai Foundation of El Salvador since its inception in 1989, and has been administering for the SS World Foundation the relief effort in Haiti since 2010. For the last 5 years John and Rosita have been living six months in India every year per Swamis instructions, and Swami has blessed John to Chair the Christmas program for the last several years.
