00:12.6
Goodmorning! Welcome to Biertap.eu.
00:12.7
00:17.9
In this video we’re going to show you how you can easily clean your beer dispenser.
00:18.0
00:22.1
What we’ll need is, of course, the dispenser,
00:22.2
00:27.0
cleaning bottle, cleanser, a cleaning brush,
00:27.1
00:31.9
the dispense head and some tubes and John Guest connectors.
00:32.0
00:36.8
We’ve filled the cleaning bottle with water and we’re going to add some cleanser.
00:53.5
00:56.4
The preparation is done.
00:56.5
00:57.7
We use air pressure to tap.
00:57.8
01:05.5
This means we use the pressure of the compressor to pump the water with the cleaning substance through the tap.
01:10.5
01:15.3
As you can see, some beer remains are coming out.
01:20.3
01:25.1
We’ll flush the beer pipes with a generous amount of water and cleanser mixture.
01:25.2
01:30.0
We’ll do the same with the other faucet.
01:30.1
01:38.1
Now we’ll flush the beer pipes with clean water.
01:50.7
01:58.7
After rinsing the pipes, it’s time to disassemble the faucets. These are going to sit in some luke-warm water.
01:58.8
02:01.8
We will do this to disinfect everything.
02:01.9
02:06.7
So I’m going to disassemble the faucets with the faucet wrench.
02:16.6
02:25.5
The faucets have sat for a moment. What we’re going to do next is clean the inside with the cleaning brush.
02:30.5
02:35.3
We’re going to do the same with the other faucet.
02:45.2
02:50.0
And now it’s time to assemble the dispenser again!
02:56.2
03:04.0
The faucets are in place again, but I’m going to tighten them a little with the faucet wrench.
03:09.0
03:13.8
Be cautionary that the spouts of the faucets are facing straight downwards.
03:22.0
03:26.8
Hand-tide is enough!
03:28.1
03:32.9
The dispenser is all clean again and ready for the next use!
03:33.0
03:34.2
Thank you for watching.
03:34.3
03:42.0
