In this video, 
I #shankarzerone had the worst personal experience in a zoom car #selfrentalservices @Zoomcar - Self Drive Car Rentals. So I would like to share with you about refund and late return fee.

I'm felt so bad about #zoomcar service day by day.
In 90 days, I will have problems with repaying the money. I.e. processing took more than 30-45 days. It is therefore considered a late processed fee, but they do not pay any extra amount for the #latereturn of the #refundmoney to the customer.

For now, I rented a Nissan Kicks, which was about 20 minutes late, with a late return charge of INR 600. So if the payment process is delayed at zoom car end, it is not a big deal. But if we delay a few minutes in returning the car, need to pay a late return fee charge with a lot of terms and conditions. What a great service!

If the #termsandconditions are stated to be correct, a late refund will also apply to the delayed refund process. But this does not apply, because the zoom car focuses only on profitable bookings than the #customersatisfaction and services now. So that, I am raise a concern about this issue and feel very bad for the service. We had no choice but to #rentacar at the end of the day. So be careful about the rules before renting a car. #carrentalscams
