Hello and welcome back to another episode,this time we're testing a new mouse brought to you by SUREFIRE

We're going to start off by unboxing the mouse of course,the box opens in a nice book type way

The mouse in question is called EAGLE CLAW,weighing in at about 150 grams

Featuring 9 buttons,programmable through software

It also features RGB,again adjutable trough software and a sensor that can go up to 3200 DPI

Let's place those aside for now

The cable looks well made and looks sufficiently long,let me just untie it so we can get a better look

It has a lenght of 1,80 meters ,somwhere in that neighbourhood

If we look on the left side of the mouse,we will find 4 buttons,one smaller button next to the left click and a button dedicated to changing the DPI speeds

There's also the RGB Logo,placed where you'd usually rest your palm

The platic used for the left and right click has a matte fising while the rest of the body has a glossy finish to it

I appreciate this,the mouse feels very nice while holding

In my opinion the mouse is quite big,but personally I like it because it fits very nicely in my palm

Weighin in at 150 grames it's quite heavy but personally I like that a lot

As stated before the mouse features 4 programmable buttons on the side,dubbed G1,G2,G3 and G4

G1 acts as a double click,G2 and G3 operate as forwards and backwards buttons and G4 is a dedicated "Show Desktop" button

One small button next to the left click that acts as a is a fire button,fire key to be more exact

Along with an 6 speed DPI button placed in the middle

The mouse looks and feels great but more importantly it has to be tested

So we're going to proceed in testing it and afterwards return with some final conclussions

First and foremost we're going to take a quick look at the software assigned to this mouse

The software can be download from SUREFIRE's website

Once opened,the software reveals the default mapping for each and every button

As stated before button nr 5 is a fire key,number 6 acts like a double click etc,again every single button is programmble

Macros can be recorded and utilized through this piece of software

You can even program the buttons to act as media control buttos,like volume,pause,skip,play etc

Every button is interchangeable which means you can assign any button to act as double click,Show Desktop,DPI or as a shortcut used with Windows

Shorcuts like open My computer,close current window,find,undo,select all,paste,copy which can be very usefull

The software comes obviously with some profiles pre-installed,Office,Config 1,2,3 and of course Media for those of you that can't be asked to spend time customizing their profile

In the top part we can find the Advanced Settings featuring stuff like the pointer precision,pointer speed or fire speed of the mouse

Configurations can be imported or exported using the dedicated section

In the LED section the RGB can be customized with an array of colors or illuminating animations as well as timings for each one

And that's about everyting contained in this mouse's software

We've tested this EAGLE CLAW mouse both in CS:GO and also within the dedicated software

I was curios to see how customizable the mouse really is,specifically the fire and the 4 buttons placed on the side

I like it this mouse a lot and I'm going to tell you why

It weighs 150 grams and I personally like heavier mice

It glides very smoothly while having a good grip allmost on every surface

I've tested it both directly on a desk and using 2 different mouse pads and still glides very smoothly

Only one complain so far,but it's one that will resolve itself in time

The cable is curved slightly downwards because the way that the mouse is packed

If you're using quick hand movements you'll start to feel the cable dragging along and in turn will hamper your movements

Depending on where you'll place the mouse this problem is going to resolve by itself in time

The scroll wheel is quite silent along with the left and right click buttons while the DPI button is louder but the rare usage of this button doesn't make it a problem

The side buttons feature a very nice texture adn can be pressed effortlessly

Like I said the software is very user frendly and customizable

The fact that the mouse features 4 side buttons and a fifth one next to the left click for me at least,a person working in the media field was very helpful

One button I use quite that often is the double click one,but it can be reassigned to be used as a macro

I've tested the mouse inside Counter-Strike and it performed very well
