Dr Gowher Rizvi | Scholar and academic who specialises in international relations and public policy. He is the International Affairs Advisor to the Prime Minister of Bangladesh. Prof. Sir Paul Collier CBE | Professor of Economics and Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government. His research focusses on international growth and development. Prof. Mthuli Ncube | Professor of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, where he teaches macroeconomics, finance, development economics, and political economy.
