Dr. Gowher Rizvi, Advisor to Honorable Prime Minister on International Relation Affairs remained present as the Chief Guest of the Webinar while Mr. Masud Bin Momen, Foreign Secretary of Bangladesh has been the Keynote Speaker. Mr. M. Shahidul Islam, Secretary General, BIMSTEC and HE Mr. ITO Naoki, Ambassador of Japan to Bangladesh were the Special Guests.
