Dr. Anand tells his brother Adarsh that he saw the name Dr. Saachi Mishra, daughter of Jaya Mishra, in the list of interns for their hospital. Adarsh is surprised that how come Jaya's daughter became a doctor and why has she come to their hospital. Adarsh says that there must be a confusion and it could be Saachi Agarwal but Anand maintains that there is no confusion about it as he himself met Saachi Agarwal and cut the name from the list. On the other hand, Jaya is making sweet pudding and just then Saachi's uncle comes to the house. He states that he made a wish that Saachi gets selected in Savitri Devi hospital but his mother does not believe him. Meanwhile, on the completion of fifteen years of their hospital, the Malhotra family host a party at their house and Saachi and her friends gatecrash the party without realizing where they are.
