What is the patient's name? Shashi Mishra. What is your relationship with the patient? He is my father.

We belong to village Lahoni in district Ambala.

Tell me about any landmark near it. It is near to Maulana M.M. University.

His creatinine was around 9.5 mg/dL.

We started taking treatment from your hospital and stopped other treatments.

Now, my father's creatinine reduced to 4.2 after following your treatment.

How many times, he was taking dialysis? Twice a week.
