Serving - 2 people Chole - 1 and half katori (Soaked overnight and boiled in turmeric and Salt water with Soda) Oil - 2 TBsp Onion - 1 medium size (paste) Tomato - 1 medium size (puree) Ginger (Adrak) - half inch (grated) Garlic - 3 kali Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Haldi powder - 2 pinches Amchoor powder - 1/2 tsp Jeera powder - 1 tsp (jeera bhun ke use mixer se crush karna hai) Kala namak (rock salt ) - 1/4th tsp Lawang - 1 (optional ) Tejpaan (bay leaf) 1 (optional) Kasurri Methi - 1 TBsp ( dried methi) For tadka Oil - 2 TBsp Green chilli - 1 (cut in to long pieces) Garlic (lashan) - 2 pieces (chopped in small pieces) Red chilli powder - 1/4th tsp
