Welcome! Thank YOU for investing in yourself with your time and attention. To those of you who don’t know me – I’m Victoria a certified transformation coach mastered in helping women to break free from disordered eating and body image issues. After spending over 20 years in the diet – binge cycle and hating my body, I discovered that self-love is the core and foundation to anything and everything. I now teach women how to love themselves from the inside out whilst also focusing on food freedom and body image. I’ve seen so many souls struggling with being in lockdown. They feel anxious, trapped, cooped up, lonely. It’s difficult to just “be” with ourselves. We are so used to distracting ourselves with “life” that when we have to spend time with ourselves at home without being here there and everywhere, it’s sooooo uncomfortable. Here are 10 things you could do during lockdown that will support your mental, physical and spiritual health.
