So let's know what not to eat when uric acid increases.
First is brinjal because it has high purine content that can increase the uric acid level in the blood…. which can cause swelling, rashes, and itching.

Second are peas because it also contains a high amount of purine
Spinach, mushrooms, cabbage can also cause high purine which can harm you….
