On May 12 (3pm ET/12pm PT), the ASCAP Experience will present Kurstin in conversation with Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters. Grohl will talk to Kurstin about his unconventional path to success, and the techniques he uses to achieve his goals in the studio. You’ll discover the skills that Kurstin has found most helpful in working with artists in diverse genres, and hear sage advice on overcoming the challenges that every songwriter must face in pursuing the creative life. To kick off the session, Beck and Dave Grohl will join ASCAP President Paul Williams in presenting Kurstin with the ASCAP Golden Note Award.
