There are two reasons why they do not box it before shipping it

The first reason is to save on labor

And whatever they saved, accumulates to the savings for the customer or resellers

The second reason is if they ship it like this, instead of these which fit more inside a package

It will increase the package size that will be sent which will increase the cost of shipping to the reseller for the face shield

That's why they thought of doing it like this then the customer (reseller) will package the box and everyone will eventually save more on shipping

And this will also reduce the cost further as they don't need to pay for labor

Frequently there are three items included in the package

First is the box, second is the glasses which are in plastic, third is the acetate (shield)

Just a reminder, the Acetate (shield) has a plastic film on both sides which the customer will remove

This is so it won't be scratched or damaged

Now let us proceed with the box as a lot of people are having a hard time assembling it

So first, spread the box by pushing the corners then let us first start at the bottom

There are four flaps, let's start with this one first

Then let us push down on this flap. You may need to spread the side flaps first.

Then push the two side flaps down. If you noticed, the ends went in under the first flap

It should go in alright? Sometimes you may need to push the end flaps deeper

Then this is the last part. What you will do next is fold the small flap but not too much

Then you will shoot it into the gap of the other flap

At the beginning you may need to do a few attempts.

It is already done if you partially let go of the box and it does not flatten out [Don't forget to leave a like]

And if all things are in place, let us put in the Acetate (Shield). Let us roll it but not too much.

I would advise to direct where the holes are facing downwards so it won't hang on to the glasses

Let us just put it in. Do not roll it too much because it may fold and the customers may not like it

Let us then get the glasses in the plastic bag where the opening is facing upward

Then just put it in the box. If the glasses are hanging on to something, double check the acetate (shield) as you may have rolled it too much

Then just close the side flaps, fold the end of the top flap a little bit

Then close the top. There we go.

Everything is OK if you pull the top flap a bit and it does not open

And it's that easy! If you get used to it you can even casually do each in 15 to 30 seconds
