Patient - Sugar is under control, but sometimes the level reduces.

Patient - Because of these medicines, I don't need to take injections to control the blood sugar level and still it was in control.

Patient - From Dr Purnima Patel Doctor - You had got these tests done from Lal path as well. Patient - Yes from both.

Doctor - The test has been done on 22 May 2018 and her creatinine level is 1.4 mg/dL.

And Urea is approx. 42, which is completely under the normal level and creatinine is 1.49 mg/dL.

Earlier, the patient has done the test from Shelton, USA. And that time, her creatinine level was approx 4 mg/dL. Her creatinine was reduced moderately.

And now, she again gets the tests done, and her creatinine reduced to 1.49, which is very near to the normal range. Urea is controlled as well.

To re-confirm the results of the tests, they got the test done from other labs.

The results of these tests also shows that her creatinine level is 1.47 mg/dL and urea is also reduced.

Earlier the creatinine level was increasing constantly, and was experencing diabetes from last 20 years.

Now, her diabetes is under control and no need of insulin.

Doctor - What was the doctor's reaction when they saw the alarming level of the creatinine level at that time in your report?

He was just sick. Now he can do physical exercise, Yoga and he is not tired, he just want to hangout.

And his creatinine level was quite high. It was 5.3 mg/dL when they visited Karma Ayurveda for the first time.

This test was conducted on 5th of November 2018 and they have visited us on 10th of November 2018.

At that time, the creatinine level was 5.3 mg/dL, and this was increasing in every report before coming here.

And now from 5.3 mg/dL, the creatinine level came down to 4.5.

And then again the level reduced from 4.5 to 4.2 in the latest report conducting on 21st January 2019.

And you can see the phosphorous level was quite high i.e 4.8 and then it came down became normal to 4.5 mg/dL.

Each and every electrolyte level became normal.

You can see that now the bi-carbonate level is also in the normal range i.e 24 mEq/L.

Talking about the blood urea level.

It was about 161, which is very high level for blood urea level.

Then it reduces to the 83 and in the latest level, his urea level was came down to the 64.

Conducted on 21st January 2019. Mr Souaibou Sali was advised for the dialysis at that particular time.

If you see the calcium level, that is with in the range, and potassium level is also 5.2 mg/dL.

before that, the calcium level was 5.4 mg/dL, which is high level. Uric acid is within the normal range

Sodium is in the normal range i.e 137 millimoles/litre and albumin is also under the normal range. Now, if you look at the hemoglobin level.

it is quite good and it is to the ratio of 11 grams.

There is improvement in each and every part as far as the reports are concern and as far as the patient's physical health is concerned.

So, Mr. Souaibou Sali is orignally from cameroon, Africa.

Patient - Reduced. Doctor - How many times you used to take insulin in a day?

Patient - Before i used to have 24 unit in morning and then 8 units in evening.

Doctor - Okay! Patient - But after having these medicines, the insulin frequency reduces slowly-slowly.

Don't know whether from diet control or from these medicines the insulin level reduces.

So it is reduces to 18 unit that too one time in morning.
