This is about knowing yourself well enough to not put yourself in circumstances that would cause you to stumble. Let me be frank. If you need to unfollow that person because you get jealous or insecure. Do it. If you need to stop talking to that person because they are stringing you along. Do it. If you need to set web controls to keep you off bad websites. Do it. If you need to throw away junk food because you can't stop snacking. Do it. I'm you sure where I am going. And that goes for potentially "good" things too. I'm not saying that everything you cut off had to be an inherently bad thing but good things can be bad for you if they are not in their proper place. For example. I have a work/personal life boundary issue because I want to work all the time and that isn't good. So that is why I was telling yall a head of time that I may not be very active while we are traveling because I need to work on living presently! Do what needs to be done in order to achieve what you want.
