It's an honour to be here after what I'e done. I realize some of you know what I've been doing.

We've been using the idea of needing 60 acres for hospitals as an excuse to move them closer together.

That way where two hospitals are needed they can be reduced to one.

And we tell you we're building a really big one, a mega hospital to save money.

When really we're building healthcare malls with 20 acre parking lots to make extra money.

But you can't say anything because we control your jobs, all healthcare jobs at the hospital through hospital by-laws,

and we have other way to make sure you don't talk, secret ways as well as the one you know about.

Most of the community doesn't know the full truth, and they must not know the truth,

Otherwise they would be as upset as they are about us doing the same thing to hydro, privatizing it.

We must keep telling them it is a good even thought it is not benefit to them.

There will be no new beds or services, and some of the people will even have a hard time getting there.

But that's not our problem, we don't care, the ones who keep getting us elected are the people with money.

We must keep them making money, finding new ways to keep them in business. We're known for our subsidies.

We must build as big as we can,spend as much as we can, and borrow as much as we can.

We keep the construction trades and investment bankers going, economics are the most important.

And yeah you guessed it our environmental policies and urban planning policies are a ruse.

We like to say we care, but they also give us an excuse to subsidize more business.

Unproductive environmental companies and developers are some of our biggest contributors.

So ha, ha. Now you know the truth, but don't you dare say anything.
