Living life without a filter on our mouths paves a path to destruction. Don’t take my word for it; listen to what King Solomon wrote centuries ago:

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” The fact is, the words we speak direct our lives. Author Bob Goff understands this. That’s why a year and a half ago,

he got serious about keeping watch over his words. Now, any time he says something sharp to another person, he gives away $500 per word.

Although you may not go to that extreme, I do challenge you to consider what you can do to ensure the words you speak are filled with life.
