Let’s dive right in… Step #1: You need to work out, you don’t need a gym or a personal trainer. Start by walking 8,000 steps or 3.2 miles every single day. If you have a phone or activity tracker that will help. Step #2: Eat every 2-3 hours and stick with protein like chicken, fish, shrimp, cottage cheese, greek yogurt. Healthy veggies stick with leafy green vegetables. And most importantly complex carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice, oatmeal, ezekiel bread. Trust me carbs are important to gain strength and tone up. Step #3: Drinking ½ of your body weight in ounces every single day. Your body sheds fat in 2 ways and drinking water is one of them.
