Things to keep in mind during Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)

· No doubt, we have been quite aware of physical hygiene nowadays. This physical hygiene and cleanliness will stay with us for long and help strengthen immunity. To reduce your risk of catching the infection, do not touch your face after coughing and sneezing. Sanitizing hands after cough and sneeze will do the needful!

· If you have a cough with fever or cold with a few of the flu symptoms, fix your appointment with a doctor. If will be good if nothing comes positive, but if there is another respiratory issue going in, then you can initiate your #treatment asap.

· Older, especially those in their 60’s are more at the risk of getting infected with this virus. This is because, as the age passes, their immune system gets weakened.

· Practise Namaste, the identity of Indian culture.

· Stay at home and please avoid going out for some irrelevant reasons.

· The last, but not the least, practice meditation or yoga to stay fit and fine and to boost your immunity!

The mortality rate related to Coronavirus is high in those who have certain other well-being conditions going on in the body, such as low kidney function, diabetes, or hypertension. So, if you have any of these conditions, make sure you are treating yourself with the required medications.
Remember that, a healthy nation begins with healthy citizens!
