The detention of the 31 students who were apprehended by officials of the Bolivarian National Police when they were in El Rosal,

after joining the march called to the National Electoral Council, was classified as arbitrary.

Family members and student leaders are kept in expectation on the outskirts of Helicoide

because it is unknown whether they will be presented to civil or military courts.

The Bolivarian National Police had communicated that the students are going to sleep here tonight, and tomorrow,

they will be sent or they will leave this precinct.We suppose that it is going to be in civil courts and

that is because in all the procedures of incarceration or detention of students, when there is communication with the relatives,

the procedure is generally regular, which is that they are presented in the courthouse as civilians.

Unofficially, it became known that, presumably, the police purloined the detained youth at their time of arrest.
