Prakash raj is a man who gives great importance to human values and relationships. Peddodhu (Venkatesh Daggubati) and Chinnodu (Mahesh Babu) are his sons.  Peddodu is unemployed and mockery made by relatives puts stress on every relationship. Seetha (Anjali) is bought up in their house. Mahesh babu has his job in Hyderabad and eventually falls in love with Samantha Akkineni. There is intense love between both the brothers.
