Yes, if I have kidney disease, then I am allowed to consume those foods that are high in protein, potassium, phosphorus, fat, sodium, or sugar. And, I am also familiar with the fruits or vegetables that augment the number of problems for me. But, still, I am watching this video to know about my liquid intake.

According to Ayurvedachrya, Dr. Puneet Dhawan the liquid diet of a kidney patient is dependent upon the condition of his organ. Yes, so, you should consume liquid as per your doctor’s advice. It is because not everything in this world is suitable for everyone whether he is a kidney patient or a disease-free person.

If I talk about the liquid diet for kidney patients, then keep the following of the points in mind.

The liquid intake of a kidney disease survivor is very less, so do not waste it by drinking artificial cold-drinks. 
Your kidneys are not healthy enough to maintain the level of fluid in your body. So, you are not allowed to drink coffee, tea, or any other drink that contains caffeine. 
Yes, you are also not allowed to take the pleasure of lemonade, soda, hard drinks, or even jelly. 
Kidney patients cannot drink any type of juice.
