Conflict resolution is never easy; in fact, many think it’s simply better to avoid it. But that’s not the case.

The best way to address conflict is to think outside the box and be a risk taker. Risk being the one to step out and resolve the conflict.

Risk unpleasant words that might come. Now, don’t take a risk that will put you in danger. Jesus told His disciples to

“be wise as serpents and as harmless as doves.” You can wisely give someone the benefit of the doubt.

Ask God for wisdom in how to do this and consult with trusted advisors. Most importantly, allow grace to reign in your conversation.
