This is the story of an eagle.
It can live up to 70 years.
But to reach this age, the eagle must take a tough decision:
in its 40th year his long and flexible talents can no longer grasp prey which serves as food.
Its long and sharp beak becomes bent.
The feathers become old, thick and heavy.
They stick to his chest and make his flight impossible.
Then the eagle is left with only 2 options:
DEATH or going through the paintful process of CHANGE.
The process requers for the eagle to fly up into the mountains and sit on its nest.
Then the eagle knocks his beak onto a rock until he plucks it out.
Then he waits for the new beak to grow back and he starts plucking his talents. 
One by one. 
Painful every time.
When his new talents grow back he starts plucking his old feathers.
And after all this...
The eagle takes his flight of rebirth and lives another 30 years.
Why is change needed?
To survive and live fully.
We too have to start the change process.
And just like the eagle we also have to pluck unpleasant memories, negative habits and fixed mindsets.
Only freed from the part burdens we can take advantage of the present.
In order to take a journey ahead in the future, let go of your negative old limited believes.
Open your fixed mindset and let youself fly again...
Just like the eagle.
