Step 1: Install the WhatsApp Business App

Go to play store on your mobile, search for “WhatsApp Business”
Now click ‘Install & Open’.

Step 2 : Register your Mobile Number

To register, click ‘Agree and Continue’.

Now you can either select the same mobile number of your whatsapp personal,

Or use a different number for your business account.

Once you’ve entered your number, click ‘Next’ & ‘OK’

Now your phone number will be verified through OTP.

Once it is done, click ‘continue’.

Step 3: Create your Business Profile

First, add a profile picture.

Click the camera icon, select your profile picture & click ‘Done’.

Now enter your business name, & select your business category.

Now to add more details, click ‘show more details’.

And enter your business details.

Once it is done, click ‘Next’.

Now your business profile has been created.

Now to send a message to your contact about your business,

Click the contacts icon below, & you will find all the contacts on your mobile.

Now select a contact and send the message.

Step 4: Add Products to your WhatsApp Profile

To add a product,

Click the 3 dots ► Business Tools ► Catalog  ► Add Item

Now you can add an image, name, price & description of the product.

Once all details are added, click save.

Now, after WhatsApp reviews the product, it will be added to your catalog.

Similarly, you can add up to 500 products to your account.

Once you’ve added the products in your catalog,

Your customers can see a ‘Store Icon’ on your profile.

Now if they click it, they can see your catalog and can add products to their cart.

Once they click ‘Place Order’, you will get a message about the order.

Now if you open it, & click ‘view cart’.

You will get all details about the order.

Now you can go ahead and process the order.

Now let’s see how you can organize your orders by adding labels.

Click the 3 dots ► Business tools ► Labels

You will find labels to add to your chat,

To create your own label, click ‘plus icon’ and enter a name for your label.

Now to add labels on your chats, just tap & hold customers chat and add the label.

Next if you want to add working hours to your business,

Click 3 dots ► business tools ► business profile ► business hours

Now click ‘schedule’ & select your business type.

Now you can customize working hours for each day.

Now if you want to send automatic reply to your customers after working hours,

Click 3 dots ► Business Tools ► Away Message,

Now enable ‘Send Message Option’, & edit your message.

Next under schedule select ‘Outside Business Hour’,

Next under recipient select ‘Everyone’, to send messages to everyone.

Once done, click ‘Save’.

Now, to send automatic welcome messages to your new customers,

Click the 3 dots ► Business Tools ► Greeting Messages,

Now enable ‘Send Greeting Option’, & edit your greeting message.
