and blindly jump into the competition, and then they fail

So today we'll talk about some fiverr basics

and how work is done on it

we only have two types of market places, traditinal and non traditional

Now example of traditional market places are platforms like freelancer and upwork

where buyer post their jobs and freelancer write proposals and do bidding

and whatever proposal they find appealing

they hire that freelancer, and he wins the job

but fiverr is a non traditional market place

here freelancers list their services

these are known as gigs, freelancers post their services as a gig

and tell the buyer what we can do

and how will they provide solution to the buyer problems

what's their skill set

they describe each and every thing in their profile and in the description

now the thing is

people make their account on fiverr, copy someone's gig

and then start waiting for the orders

I am telling you through my experiance

Fiverr is working like a search engine

if you want to sell your services here

you need to beat all your competitor gigs and rank on the top

atleast your gig should be on the first two pages

then your gig will get good impressions and clicks

and only then the chances of getting orders will increase

depending upon your skill set
