Hey guys, today im describing my current gym routine. Hopefully it will help beginners out or anyone looking for adding some different stuff to their program. It focus on muscle growth (sorry power lifters) and is a combination of best practices according to science and personal preference. As always, the perfect gym routine means nothing if you cannot sstick to it so make sure you adapt it to your preferences. Let me know what you think and hit me up with any questions you might have! Chest/biceps - barbell flat bench press - incline dumbell bench press - cable pec fly Legs/shoulders - squat - calf raises - leg extension - lateral raises - shoulder press - rear delt Back/triceps - deadlift - lat pulldown - horizontal row w/ chest support - tricep extension - tricep rope - dips 4 sets of 12 reps (kinda off), reach failure at least once per exercise.
