How to dunk under and you're under 6 feet tall? In this video Khurram Sultan share's an exercise that helps you get that pop in your vertical jump. THIS IS ADVANCED!! The goal of this exercise is not to get hurt!! Be sure to have a good foundation before you try any of these exercises. When you're trying to dunk and you're under 6 feet tall, you need to have a good pop off the ground. I found that this exercise helped me create some springiness in my jump by having minimal contact time on the ground. Check out Ben (Knees over toes guy) video to test and see if you have the right foundation to be performing these exercises.
