Well hey there! Was fun to follow up to Tori's video of answering these TMI questions... it definitely feels weird to answer some of these questions but it's also nice to bring up topics that are typically avoided and shed some light on them... Of course this is not a one size fits all but this is how I have responded and felt towards all of these questions!

For encouragement, I finally practiced what I have been preaching which is to wake up and set the thermostat! If you don't have central Air Conditioning then you may not know what I am talking about but imagine setting the temperature of your home. Do you want it to be 88'F and boiling in your home? Or do you want it a nice cool 71"F where you can relax? Well today I woke up and metaphorically set the thermostat for our home! We are not going to operate our of stress aka "heat" or apathy aka "cold" but we are going to be intentional to set the right temperature for us to feel connected to God, to not be too busy to for own mental health or to check in on our neighbor and to act out of being loved and not to be loved. Spend your first part of your next morning getting ready with God and set that temperature to the best temperate for your to operate in and watch your life change!
