Hi, I am Winnie Phan and I graduated September of 2014.

My name is Albert Randall and I am a CIAM student.

My name is Claudia Sarabia and I graduated in 2014

I had the mose positive experience.

I was able to work with seven other incredible individuals

from very diverse fields.

By working in this program, with the intensity involved,

you understand how to adapt and how to acomplish

and you get the confidence of being able adapt

and acomplish those tasks, and knowing that you can do it

that it can be done.

When I came into the program,

I was one of those individuals that had a

really, really acute fear of public speaking

so presentations were always my weakest area.

but you know, I had to do it in every course

in every class period

and I have to say that I have improved so much.

One of my top decisions to enter the program

was the consulting projects

The consulting really puts you out there

so it really brings out your leadership

and it really makes you learn about yourself.

You have this small group that makes such an impact.

I was able to work with small companies,

with multi-billion dollar conglomerates,

I had exposure to corporations and non-profits.

I think the most important thing that I learned

from the MBA program, for me, was leadership

In this particular program, you get access

to top experts throughout the academia

from top schools like Cornell, Harvard, Standford

You get to interact

with those instructors in a very small group,

on a very person level.

So you have such a diversity of cultures and backgrounds

and that contributed to a global experience

and you really need that now.

I can't even describe it, you really have to experience it for yourself

because you grow so much and you learn so much

not just about yourself and people, but about organization

It is going to be one of the hardest, but most

rewarding one to two years of you life.

The learning process is so great.

It is very, very do able. Matter of fact,

I think that is the genious of this particular program.

CIAM gave me the confidence to realize that

I can do business just as much as everyone else can.

It helped me learn about business and how to do business.

And it helped me develop my communication skills

and just grow as an individual, so if I can do business

any one else can do business.
