Dr. Sunil Mittal is a Consultant Psychiatrist and a Cognitive Neuroscientist. He has over 30 years of clinical, research and teaching experience.

He has been associated with various professional, social and philanthropic organizations in different capacities and has chaired various organizations, task-forces, committees and continuing medical education initiatives. He has advised various international policy organizations, and held the position of Expert Member on various committees established by governmental, multilateral as well as non-governmental organizations on clinical, research and policy matters.

He is a Former President, Indian Association of Private Psychiatry as well as the Delhi Psychiatric Society, and chief mentor at the Cosmos Institute of Mental Health & Behavioral Sciences (CIMBS), New Delhi (www.cimbs.in). Dr Mittal has been engaged actively with the press & media to create awareness about mental health issues and to debate on related policy matters.
