Chicken Biryani Recipe Chicken- Half kg Basmati rice- Half kg Coriander leaf- To garnish Garlic- Crushed (a little amount) Ginger- Crushed (a little amount) Onion- Chopped (a small bowl) Garam masala- For heaty-earthly taste Red chili- According you can handle Panch phoran, turmeric, clove (laung), pepper, dalchini, tez patta, green cardamom (choti elaichi) and black cardamom- For tempering Cooking Process Step 1 - Put a vessel or rice cooker on a gas stove. Step 2 - Use oil/gee/refined for spice tempering. Step 3 - Put 2 red chilies, a pinch of Hing for taste. Step 4 - Add chopped onions in oil, stir fry for 2 minute until it gets brown. Step 5 - Add ginger and garlic. When you see all the spices merge well in oil & leave it fragrance, add chicken on rice cooker & wait until it gets soft. Step 6- Add 2 spoon of powder red chili Step 7- Add 1 and half spoon of turmeric Step 8- Add 3 spoon of powder coriander Step 9- Now, add garam masala & coriander leaf for taste. Wait for 5 mins.
