This is the starting position. (First Movement) - Inhale as you lower yourself by bending your elbows until your chest feels fully stretched. (Second Movement) - Now, exhale as you use your pec muscles to lift yourself back to the starting position. Tightly contract your pecs at the end of the movement. - Hold the contraction for a moment, and then repeat the movements until you have finished all of your reps.
