Going into the quarter, Dubai SGH had a set forecast of 12.

Today we received a firm order for 300 sets
which all require components from Tuttlingen.

Not only is half of the order for obsolete product,

but they're insisting on returning the lids in advance for a credit.

and move some inventory around?

We're already running late for our pre-meeting meeting recap,

so I'll try to be brief and wrap this up quickly.

First:

We have to remember that we're all on the same team working toward the same goals.

So listen to each other and offer CONSTRUCTIVE feedback!
