None of the diffs are locking, that's why the car is acting like a little looser, but when there's traction it drives up nicely.

Many of you commented that the gearbox is going to be the weak link. It looks like a manual swap is bound to happen.

With an open diff this won't go anywhere. Obviously one wheel is always going to be off the ground and as soon as it's off, we just stand there, can't move.
