Combat Fighter System Review - Don't join until you read this!

I saw an ad on YouTube for the Combat Fighter System, and bought it without knowing anything about it.

This is my honest review of 2 systems I joined: Combat Fighter and Ultimate Combat Solution (these are two different programs).

Two things to keep in mind:

1. I don't have any fighting experience. Well, I fought a kid in elementary school basketball court one time, but I don't know if that really counts. No karate training, ju-jitsu, krav maga, although I have seen IP Man quite a few times, and I'm sure something stuck.

2. I'm not what you would call "the best shape humanly possible". I take walks with my son and ride my bike. In other words, I won't be running any marathons or hitchhiking across the US anytime soon.
