What were the problems he was facing when he first visited us?

When he first visited here, at that time he was undergoing dialysis twice a week.

Oh! Alright, twice a week.

Yes! his hemoglobin was also between 5 to 6 g/dL.

What relation do you share with the patient? He is my father.
